As was tradition, in the aftermath of the great and wonderful PuppyBowl, Prompto was dedicating a day at the shelter to set up his own Furnado PuppyBowl, with costumes and recording it on his phone, and uploading it to YouTube, and now with the added chaos of a Exactly-One-Year-Old-Today-Year-Old squealing in delight at getting to witness the wonder that she saw on the TV the other day in real life and chasing after all the puppies and generally being a complete menace on the puppy pen PuppyBowl field, and of course Prompto was absolutely going to allow it.

You see, it all tied in to his perfect plan of ensuring that Noctra was all tuckered out and ready to crash big time once they got home so that he and Liz could have a nice romantic evening of dinner and snuggling on the couch with a movie to themselves.

Of course, he knew there was a pretty big margin of error in this plan, but, seeing Noctra running around now gave him plenty of confidence that it might actually all work according to his machinations, and excuse him a moment if the camera picked up a little of his maniacal chuckling over everything falling perfectly into place.
