With everything that had been going on in February, Liz had not been able to do as much work on the financial report as she would have liked and now that it seemed that most of the paperwork had finally stopped for the time being, aside from the odd email or two, she thought she would finally take advantage and try and work on the financial report.

It was taking a bit more time than she would have liked since she still didn’t like filling out the report but she was finally making some progress on it.

"Hi," said Prompto, Noctra against his hip and the bag of sandwiches being set on the counter, as he leaned in to greet Liz with exactly that.

Check.

"Ready for a food break?"

“Hi,” Liz smiled happily as she returned the kiss and took a moment to coo softly at Noctra, “a food break sounds wonderful thank you,”

"Good," Prompto laughed a little, leaning a hip against the counter and setting Noctra down on it so that he could start digging the food out of the bag and handing a sandwich over to Liz. Noctra made eyes at it and reached out a hand, so when Prompto pulled out his,he tore off a little piece of the croissant to hand over to her. "I have been looking forward to eating these since I started making them!

"Don't forget," he added,mouth already full of a bite, "I'll be home a little later today, I'm sticking around to help Iggy with class after mine."

"They look wonderful thank you," Liz smiled fondly, especially as Noctra reached out a hand for it, "and I won't forget," she assured him, "we'll be alright down here won't we Noctra," Noctra nodded as she concentrated on her little piece of croissant, "good luck with classes," she added with a smile.

"Thanks!" said Prompto, grinning back happily around another bite. "Should be good, he just needed my help in setting up a good Bust-a-Base for his tactics class, you know? And that's not too hard, we've done it in lessons before, so I pretty much just gotta make a few adjustments."

Liz smiled at that, “it sounds like it will be a great class,” she told him, “you’ll have to let me know how it goes,”
