Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

Rey didn't live at the warehouse, but the woodchucks did. (Presumably.) She knew they got up to plenty of stuff when she wasn't around.

She hadn't expected to walk in to a bunch of angry woodchucks that had gotten stuck in the zero-gravity part of the obstacle course and were currently swimming with rage in the air.

"How did you even do that?" Rey asked, going to turn off that control. Maybe one of the other woodchucks flipped that switch and ran?

"Rey?" Anakin called, stepping into the warehouse.

"Here," Rey said, floating a woodchuck down safely.

[sith_happened]

Anakin watched the woodchuck float. "Do I want to know?" he asked.

[thatwaslucky]

"I want to know, but I don't," she said. "The anti-gravity was on."

[sith_happened]

Anakin craned his neck to look at the ceiling. "Anyone else up there?"

[thatwaslucky]

"Just this one," she said, getting the last to bring down with the Force. "They're very angry, as a warning."

[sith_happened]

"Well, I suppose I would be too," Anakin admitted.

[thatwaslucky]

"Same," she said, setting the woodchuck down before it scurried off, giving one last resentful glare behind it. "You're welcome."

"They are not very grateful, are they?" Anakin commented. "She could've left you up there!" he added pointedly.

[thatwaslucky]

"I also hope they don't think I had anything to do with it," Rey admitted.

[sith_happened]

"You didn't, right?" Anakin checked quickly.

[thatwaslucky]

Rey frowned at him. "Of course not!"

[sith_happened]

"They can be trying," Anakin said with a shrug.

Anakin, stop it.

"Did you do it?"

Let's be real, if it was gonna be one of them...

[sith_happened]

"No," Anakin said. "They haven't been that irritating."

[thatwaslucky]

"Just checking," she said. "I just don't want things to get worse."

[sith_happened]

"That's a very valid concern," Anakin said. "Things can always get worse."

Very uplifting, Anakin, thank you.

"There's that optimism," she teased.

Anakin laughed. "A thing I'm widely known for."

[thatwaslucky]

"So how are you doing today?" Rey asked.

[sith_happened]

"Getting ready for the trip, which seems like it'll have no snags," Anakin said, smiling. "Are you staying to enjoy the quiet when we all go?"

[thatwaslucky]

"I'll be headed home," Rey said. "It's too quiet here, and I miss people."

[sith_happened]

"See if Threepio wants to visit," Anakin said. "It'll make Ahsoka happy."

[thatwaslucky]

"Will it?" Rey asked, warily. Threepio was an acquired taste for a lot of people.

[sith_happened]

"Sure," said Anakin, who was slightly biased.
