There was coffee in the drawers again today. Which Watts found out when he opened one looking for a pen and instead got coffee sloshing out and on to his trousers.

At least it was lukewarm and not scalding hot? Still, it set the mood for the rest of the day.

Sometime mid morning a delivery of doughnuts arrived. The note read:

Apparently it's doughnut day? Thought you might like to celebrate. Even if it isn't, no harm in a treat is there? I loaf you. Steven.

And yes, loaf was spelled out since Steven had dictated the order and the message over the phone.

The arrival of doughnuts was a significant improvement.

And yes of course Watts took a photograph to send back to Steven.
