You know, Mariner would've loved to just focus on the fact there was some interesting celestial phenomena (just because it happened regularly as a standard function of orbital mechanics didn't mean it wasn't interesting), but she'd forgotten about this particular sucky aspect of the twenty first century. Or just living on a planet at all.
