The Photo Hut; Tuesday [06/25].

Prompto was feeling....pretty good after his discussion with Arden after class yesterday, feeling a little like a weight was lifted off both their shoulders with a new perspective going forward, and he was feeling pretty optimistic and hopeful about being able to keep up his end of the bargain. And it just really went to show how you never knew what someone was or had been going through, and what a difference it could make once you did.

Well, or maybe he was just being a little sentimental and reflective, but whatever. He felt good about it, he hoped she did, too, and instead of letting himself worry that maybe he was wrong and she didn't at all and was just humoring him the whole time, he was going to do a little work on their stock of photo albums to see if he could find some good ones to suggest if she did swing in to pick one up eventually. Or at least put them out more prominently if she decided to come in on a different day to snag one up, and then also starting to wonder if something like building a portfolio was a good class angle to try some day, because there was only so much you could do with photography before it all started to feel a little samesy, and new perspectives on his classes might help pump some more life into them.

Who knows? Either way, he felt thoughtful, productive, and reflective today, and all around pretty a-okay.

And around lunchtime there was the usual visit from Liz and Noctra, "hi," she smiled as Noctra gave her greeting as well, "how is everything going? Are we interrupting?"

"Hi," said Prompto, grinning over and setting down one of the photo albums he was flipping through, so that he could go over and answer those questions with a greeting kiss for Liz, a boop on the nose for Noctra, and then another kiss for Liz with a little bit of a pleased sigh. "And not really, just shifting through out stock of photo albums. I was thinking yesterday that it would be cool to order extras when I have a class, so the students already have a good place to put some of their favorite shots from the class."

Liz smiled as she happily returned those kisses, "it definitely wouldn't hurt having some extra photo albums," she said as she considered the stock that they had, "I can place an order for them this week so they'll be arrive for the next class?"

"That means I'll have to decide on which ones I want to use soon," Prompto said with a laugh. "But, I mean, I think I want just something nice and simple. Classic, you know? But that sounds great." Oh, look, another adoring little kiss and a beaming smile. "Thanks."

Liz happily returned that kiss as she smiled up at him, "you're welcome, nice and simple," she nodded, "I'll make sure that I get a good range of options to put on display,"

"Perfect," said Prompto, and, with one more kiss, since his break had officially started, he moved over to the counter to pop on up to sit on it, feet kicking slightly as he grinned over at Liz and held out his hands to take Noctra for a few moments.

"So," he said, "did I miss anything good this morning?"

"We had a pretty quiet morning," Liz told him with a smile as she carefully handed Noctra over, "we watched some cartoons and Noctra has been working on some new drawings, she's very excited to show you," she said as Noctra babbled her agreement.

"Oh, yeah?" Prompto asked,half to Noctra and half to Liz, but then his attention shifted entirely to Noctra. "I can't wait to see 'em, either! Bet they're even better than your flower pictures for Nell last night, and those were pretty great, you saw how everyone loved them! Maybe you and your mom'll have to pick out some frames for all those masterpieces before you head on back up! We might need to add frames to that order, too!"

Noctra beamed happily at these and Liz smiled, “that sounds like a wonderful idea, I’ll get some extra special frames,” she told them.
