Harley had absolutely forgotten to open the store the previous week, and had never realized she had, either. Not that surprising, considering how much being at all consistent with any routines was a thing Harley didn't much concern herself with. Just the fact that she hadn't yet just got bored and wandered straight on off the island never to be seen again was a miracle.
And that meant that so was this: that after the missed week, the store was back to being open on a Friday again, with Harley sitting behind the counter --
Nope, sitting on the counter, actually, her legs dangling over the edge of it while she read one of her deeply silly romance novels.
She also may have been wearing the shiny expensive thing Remy had added to the store earlier that week. It totally counted as having it on display! Honestly, she might sell some of the other rings right off her hands too, provided someone made an attractive enough offer!
