The pier/boardwalk- Monday at sunset
As a beautiful sunset took over the sky, the sound and feel of footsteps drew closer, and louder. They were entirely recognizable as footsteps now. And one by one, Fandom got some new visitors.
The Mothman. Paul Bunyan and Babe. The Biggest Ball of Twine. Pinkie the Pink Elephant. And bouncing along after all of them, The Big Peach. Which looks exactly what you thought it looks like.
They'd all been called as Fandom traversed the country, and now they had nothing better to do than get themselves situated, by way of some destruction. Starting with the pier. Who knew where they'd end up if they weren't stopped?

For fighty stuff

So this time, she was trying moderation. By hitting a giant peach with a hammer and hoping for the best.

Lana lit her lightsaber and stood her ground, wondering if the thing even had a way of seeing her.

Now it wasn't so much a ball as... well, a former ball that now had a kind of flat side that it fell onto. Plus pieces of charred twine were kind of spilling out in parts.
Pretty graphic if you were twine, really.
Re: For fighty stuff
Was that comforting? A threat? Probably a bit of both.
Re: For fighty stuff
So if anyone was going to decapitate him, it might as well be her.
After...
So just as fast as they'd started making their way on their trip, the island and all of its people were zapped back to their rightful home. The palm trees and boardwalk were gone, everything was back to normal. Back to the grind tomorrow.
