Some of the Halloween decorations Steph had ordered for the store had suffered some kind of shipping delay, but they were finally here. Including a giant jack o'lantern cat bed that was --
Well, it hadn't been made of Lego in the product description when she'd ordered it, she was sure of that. But here it was. In what sounded like thousands of small rectangular pieces rattling around inside a box.
So... here she was. Putting together a giant Lego jack o'lantern with an intent expression, a lot of swearing, and the occasional assist from Little Bot while Saffron, unbothered, curled up and slept inside the lid of the box.
"You know," Steph said, "the cushion for this thing is literally right there, but noooooo."
Cats.
