Well, everyone was apparently out of town, but Logan was going out for dinner club anyway. Sure, there weren't any decent drinks here. And sure, the burger meat was really subpar. But it was a tradition. Or something.

Maybe he just wanted to go out and eat on a day that he usually did here. With Flint. In complete silence as they ate just to make Lydia proud.

Logan offered over his own drink. It was flat. The soda was for sure flat and poorly mixed. No one had cleaned those soda machines in years.

Flint poured more than a generous glug into the cup, then into his own, which had been half ice to start with and was now just watered down, flat, and depressing.

But it earned Flint a nod of approval once Logan took a sip.
