Trooper Station, Monday, December 2, 2024
Coming from Thanksgiving in Honolulu to December on the East Coast was not Steve's favorite experience, and he shot the sniggering Troopers a glare when they saw him coming into the office in his huge, heavy, puffy coat.
"You do know I'm a SEAL-trained sniper, right?" he retorted.
...and when their conversation turned to why someone would train marine animals to kill, well. Steve had planned to drink coffee, ignore them all and spend a futile day deleting Cyber Monday emails from his inbox, but the tiny ponies in sweaters moseying past the station caught his attention.
"Hey, stop licking the glass," he scolded lightly.
The Trooper Station is open!
