Boc had a new hat! It was the one he'd knitted from his holiday fair yarn, and he was terribly proud of it, replacing his old worn cap with it, at least for his excursion out for his cinnamon roll. And the clerks noticed and even complimented it, which was terribly embarrassing but also felt quite nice, so he was feeling rather pleased with himself as he settled into his usual spot in the corner.
He was already dreaming, too, of perhaps a lovely scarf to work on this week to go with it!
