Cafe Fina, Thursday Evening

It was Thursday, which meant it was time for Supper Club! This week brought them at last to Cafe Fina, where Lydia did hope no one would find it too strange to eat from the singing, dancing tableware. Herself, she was rather looking forward to seeing the number they'd been rehearsing when she'd popped by to make the reservation.

"You're a pitcher, that doesn't mean you need to be pitchy," Liliana informed the carafe caterwauling on their table. "Unless this is some kind of sadistic attack on your fellow glassware, may I suggest warming up first?"

"Perhaps the amount of water inside it changes the tune somewhat," Lydia suggested, since she remembered playing with glasses in a similar manner when she was a girl. "Good evening, Ms. Vess, and happy new year."

"It would be a shame to just let it go," Lydia said. "There's still so much to try, and people seem to be enjoying it so! I fear that Captain Flint would lose himself in a book and starve to death otherwise," she confided. "It seems he completely missed those bears that were about over Christmas! I don't think he even believed me!"

"Caroling, Christmas market-running, beverage-sharing bears do beggar belief somewhat," Liliana agreed with a smile. "Though I have heard he has signed up for Ignis' class on kitchens and cooking next semester, so one hopes that he will take a few steps away from starving without you, darling."

"Oh!" Lydia exclaimed. "I shall be taking that class myself. I thought it best I learn to shift for myself a bit, you know. Besides the kettle and such." Because obviously she could make tea.
