Kamala had no idea what to do with a certain stack of reports sitting on her desk. They were there when she showed up this morning so she knew she was responsible to take care of them but most of the things in the reports were financial and technical in nature and were waaaaaaaay above her head.

So she was just sorting them out and then re-sorting them in the vain hope someone would show up and tell her what they were for.
