The Perk, Friday afternoon
It was cold out, but Jon wasn't going to let that stop him from drinking tea he hadn't had to make himself. Or maybe coffee? Hm.
He bundled up in so many layers he actually looked like a reasonably-sized person and made his way to the Perk, where he let the barista talk him into a pistachio latte before taking a seat and taking off at least a couple layers.
Then he got on his phone to look at things, and ended up scowling at an article. Look, he might have been an archivist more in name than in actuality, but even he was more of an expert than some computer, and he was offended on behalf of archivists everywhere.
Maybe he'd just go back to taking notes and translating Liliana's book, which he'd also brought. Surely it couldn't be as annoying, right?
