The Troopers today were clustered around Ralph, who had his mobile phone out. There was currently a heated argument happening regarding what, from Watts could gather, was some sort of game played on the device? Apparently there was a riddle that needed to be solved in order to progress, and the Troopers couldn't agree on a possible answer.

Sometime late morning there was a delivery with a note:

And, naturally, upon receiving said flowers (and beaming as he read the note), Watts took two photographs, one of just the flowers, followed by a selfie of him with said flowers.
