Trooper Station, Friday

The Station was eerily empty today, due to a deluge of calls regarding the garden gnomes and thefts, so all of the Troopers were out investigating (and secretly hoping to be the one to catch the gnomes in the act).

There was a part of Watts that kind of envied them, as he remained behind at the Station to take care of manning the phones and the like.

"Least I can do," Steven said. He reached over to gently brush his hand against Llewellyn's forearm. "You bring so much sunlight into my life, after all."

"That's nice to hear," Watts said, though it wasn't the first time Steven had expressed such a sentiment. "That I do that for you."

Steven gave Llewellyn's hand a squeeze. "You bring warmth, light, courage. My Llew."

"Yours," Watts said. "Now and always."

That was the sort of sentiment that had to be sealed with a kiss. Couldn't be helped.

Much like the several other kisses peppered between bites of food and snippets of conversation, so... par for the course for their lunches together.
