Harley was hanging colorful garlands across the front of her store, criss-crossing the windows and the top of the entrance. You mighta thought it was for Pride - and if anyone reminded Harley 'twas the season, she might claim it was - but nah.
She'd just had the impulse, and she was Harley. So the impulse had quickly turned into action.
Bruce was watching the proceedings impassively from where he was laying down in front of one of the windows. This did not concern him.
