"He's actually not really my pet, so much as my boyfriend." She holds the puppy's paw up. "Meet Cam. He's apparently a wolf today."

"Crossed paths with an apparently evil magic hamster last night that bit him on the finger." Vala shakes her head. "I told him to watch out for little scurrying things around this place, but...." *she shrugs*

Elizabeth looks from Vala, to Cam!Wolf, and raises her eyebrow. "There's an apparently evil magic hamster around the place now? Who can turn you into a wolf?"

Vala just shrugs. "Don't look at me. Cam was making chocolate cake in the second floor common room last night when this hamster showed up. He insisted on trying to catch it, got himself bit, and apparently woke up as a wolf. I'm gonna go up now and have him howl for Lorne (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomtownies/406710.html?thread=16520886#t16520886) so I can find out what to do about it." She scowled. "This better not be permanent, or I've got a hamster to skin...."
