Wonka's Sweets Shoppe

Tonks is in the middle of the shoppe, unpacking a small carton of classic Wonka Bars into a rather large pyramid. She had a suspicion that the pyramid would be knocked over by the end of the week. Most likely by herself. She would probably beam if someone proved the latter false.

Ivanova grinned. "You do, too?" She extends the book. "Here. Borrow this one. It's pretty good. I'm on the third in the series." She paused, thinking, and then moaned. "Oh god. Fourth. I have no life," she lamented, burying her face in her hands.

Tonks laughed, and fished from her bag a very battered book, entitled "Enchanted Encounters". "Here," she said, holding it out."Borrow this. It's only fair." The cover depicts a forlorn-looking witch, pining near a rocky shore.

"Oooh," Ivanova cooed, flipping it open. A brief perusal of a few pages revealed four uses of the word 'throbbing', three of 'engorged', and a dazzling seven of 'turgid'. "I'm impressed. Thank you." She sniffled and pulled out a tissue, blowing her nose. "Sorry. Still sick."

Tonks flipped open Ivanova's book, and snickered. "They're using pearls?" She sounded startled by the concept.

Ivanova peered over, trying to read upsidedown. "Oh, that bit." She grinned. "It gets better. Much better."

"They always do," Tonks laughed, skimming the page. Impressive.

Ivanova tucked the intriguing magical porn erotica smut romance novel away in her bag. "Hey, Tonks, I was wondering, since I kind of blew you off for the weekend, if you wanted to . . . do something. Tomorrow, though. I have an evening class tonight. Go to the pub or bowling. Or something."

She winced at the scatteredness of her request.

"Sure!" Tonks responded, not noticing the scatteredness. "Sounds like it should be fun."

Ivanova beamed. "Great! You pick the place and I'll . . . show up." She sniffled. "Hopefully fully human again."

Tonks reached into her pocket and produced a handkercheif. "Here," she said, holding it out. "You need it more than I do."

Ivanova smiled. "Thanks, Tonks." She wiped her nose and began to hand it back before stuffing it in her pocket. "I'll clean it. Don't want you getting sick, too. I seem to be saying 'Thanks, Tonks' a lot today."

"I will." She glanced towards the door. "Since it looks like it's pretty slow, I think I'll head back to my room and, well, sleep. See you tomorrow?"
