The Fourth Sin - Thursday Night

Becky was snickering softly to herself as she did evaluations for the day's class, completely oblivious to what was happening outside and on the roof.

"What's wrong with 'GOBified'?" GOB asked. "It's a GOBtacular word."

Shortly before coming to Fandom, GOB wrote a couple books. The first was Magic for Morons: The Secrets of Illusion Revealed for Schmucks Like You, which sold one copy. His follow up book, The Book of GOB: Definitions for Your Life, featured "GOBified" definitions of common words with his name added to the beginning. He felt it was GOBtreme.

It was actually a GOBful failure.

He thought the girl on the phone with the pirate was Color Becky. He somehow hadn't put two and two together correctly earlier.

This worried him.

"Um. Yeah, rum is really good. For many things."

GOB wasn't sure why he asked his next question. Maybe it was the fact that he heard what she said on the pirate's program. Maybe it was an allergy to one of the flowers in the bouquet making his brain all spinny. Maybe it was just that this was a good opening for the upcoming line.

"But do you like Chinese food? We could have it together on Saturday."
