Caritas - Saturday Evening [Open]

Weevil had returned to Fandom a few days ago. It's definitely good to be back after spending a week in Neptune. And he's glad to see the zombie band back as well. He notices Tino seemed to be missing, though. He just shakes his head in amusement.

Caritas is open.

"Bel can be very helpful, especially if you get too drunk to walk home," Piper said, thinking about the other night.

"Yeah," Cally said. "Though at the time I didn't know who either of them was, and there I was, with my cleavage all exposed, and handcuffed, and boy that was fun..." she trailed off. "Huh. I kind of thought I was going to say scared. Weird."

Piper grinned. "Guess that's better than being scared."

"Yeah," Cally said. "But now I think I might be a little bit of a slut." She frowned and finished her second scotch and soda. "Which is so not me. I hope."

"I don't think you are," Piper said.

"Good," Cally said. "I don't want anyone to think that. Not even me."

"I honestly don't think anyone thinks that," Piper added.

"Oh," Cally said. "Good." She thought for a second and stared at the bottom of her glass.

"I really don't want to sleep alone tonight."

"May not seem like it now, but it'll get easier," Piper said sympathetically. "Besides, you're staying with Veronica, right?"

"Yeah, I am," Cally said. "She's got a nice sofa."

Piper smiled. "I'm glad you have somewhere to stay. Veronica's a good roomie."

"She's too nice to me," Cally said. "Even's making sure I have water, so I don't wake up all hung over tomorrow."

"Yeah, she's always doing things like that," Piper said. "She left coffee outside my room yesterday because I was hung over."

"You were?" Cally stuck out her lower lip. "Awwww, I'm sorry. Was it bad?"

"I'm fine now," Piper said. "If you're hung over tomorrow, make sure Veronica gets coffee for you. It helps."

Cally nodded. "I trust she'll take good care of me," she said. "Veronica's one of the best friends I got."

Piper smiled. "Yeah, she's one of the best friends I've got, too."

Cally smiled. "That practically makes us best friends."

Piper grinned. "I guess it does."

Cally put an arm around Piper's shoulder and raised her glass in the other. "To friendship," she said.

Piper raised her glass as well. "To friendship."

Cally took a big gulp of her water, and just smiled.
