Caritas - Open [7/6]

After the newsletter meeting, Veronica hurried to Caritas and started preparing for the night.

Luckily none of the band members needed appendages re-attached.

"That sounds like a perfect idea," Archie said. "And I'd love to take in some of those museums. The Smithsonian, perhaps, and I heard something about a spy museum?"

"Nadia said the spy museum was really cool," Veronica said. "And we can hit a few of the Smithsonians. There are a bunch of them. Some art galleries and some history museums."

"I'd prefer the history over the art, I think," replied Archie. "Why do I have the feeling we'll hardly be seeing anything at all of the hotel?"

"Why would we want to see the hotel?" Veronica asked. "It won't be that much different from our dorm rooms."

"This is true," Archie replied. "I'd much rather be out on the town with you, I think."

"Your wish is my command," Veronica said, leaning over for another kiss.

"I thought you were the one giving the commands, captain," Archie teased before he kissed her.

Veronica pulled back after the kiss and touched Archie's cheek. "Okay, so my wish is your command, then," she corrected with a grin.

Archie saluted her and reached up to squeeze her hand. "And an officer must always carry out the commands given him," he replied.

"Well, in that case, I command you to give me another kiss," Veronica said.

"Aye aye, Captain," Archie told her, leaning in to do just that.
