Edmund opened the shop, still working on his "rollercoaster of a novel."

Gertrudes had just declared her undying love for Edmund - as had her gorgeous twin sister, her best friend, and the three nubile young nuns from the convent down the lane.

Life was hard for a butler of Edmund's stature, but he faced it with panache and a well-filled codpiece.

All and Sundries is open. Edmund is not actually wearing a codpiece.

Nadia swallowed at Cally standing about in her bra, then spent her time looking as though she was deeply interested in a display of radishes.

Cally reached for her wallet, which she realized she had stashed in her boot when she'd changed into the skirt. So, in quick fashion, she bent over to get it, making sure Edmund did a chance at a free show.

...Nadia, on the other hand, was probably in direct line of sight. Cally grabbed her wallet and paid out the last of her money, which amazingly was just enough to cover the total. "Thank you," she said.
