Caritas -- Thursday, 9/21/06

Phoebe was pretty quiet and withdrawn as she prepared to open Caritas. She wiped down everything and then talked with the zombie band -- which included reattaching pieces and parts of them.

She went behind the bar and made sure everything was ready for the night and then went and unlocked the doors.

Caritas was open for business.

Lana reached across the bar to touch Phoebe's hand supportively. "You look exhausted. You should get a good night's sleep and try and figure things out in the morning."

Phoebe nodded at her. "I am. It's been a rough couple of weeks."

Lana thought back over the past couple of weeks and blushed a little as she realized what most of her time had been focused on. "I'm sorry," she said. "I haven't been a very good friend. I've been too caught up in my own life."

Lana ducked her head. "I am happy," she said. "I really am. I didn't think I could be happy like this again."
