Caritas [Saturday night]

Greg decided to make an entrance.

So when he opened Caritas, he moonwalked in, affixed one of the drummer's arms, and tried to do an awesome leap over the bar.

Unfortunately, "awesome leap" turned into "clumsy dive." But only Tino was there to see, thankfully.

El waved off the zombie guitar player, opened his guitar case, took out his guitar, tuned it a bit, and began to play.

It's late in the evening; she's wondering what clothes to wear.
She puts on her make-up and brushes her long blonde hair.
And then she asks me, "Do I look all right?"
And I say, "Yes, you look wonderful tonight."

We go to a party and everyone turns to see
This beautiful lady that's walking around with me.
And then she asks me, "Do you feel all right?"
And I say, "Yes, I feel wonderful tonight."

I feel wonderful because I see
The love light in your eyes.
And the wonder of it all
Is that you just don't realize how much I love you.

It's time to go home now and I've got an aching head,
So I give her the car keys and she helps me to bed.
And then I tell her, as I turn out the light,
I say, "My darling, you were wonderful tonight.
Oh my darling, you were wonderful tonight."

He bowed.

After spending a pleasant few hours at the spa with Parker and Sam, an incredibly relaxed Isabel oozed into Caritas and propped herself up at the bar.

"You look all...melty," Greg commented. "What did you do today?"

"Sam, Parker and I went to the spa for a girl's afternoon out. We relaxed in the hot tub, spent time in the sauna, had incredible massages and then had our nails done," she said, holding up hands to show off her bright red nails. "Toes to. It was fun."

"Oooh," Greg said, studying her nails. "I like red."

"Thanks," she said, lightly running her nails down his arm. "It makes me think of Fall. Do you think the leaves will change around here? I hope so. I think it would be pretty."

"I hope so too. I've never really seen fall," Greg said thoughtfully. "I mean, some of the leaves are already changing but it's not too overwhelming."

"Exactly, Roswell doesn't have much in the way of changing leaves. It'll be nice to see them all change," Isabel agreed. "If I can convince Parker to let me borrow her car would you like to take a drive one day?"

"Okay! Where?" Greg replied. "Island's kinda small."

"I was thinking west. Maybe not as far as where we went rafting, but still into the mountains a bit," she said. "How's that sound? We could start early and make a day of it."

"Sure," Greg said happily. "We could even go camping again if we wanted. Just us two."
