Empire Records & Bidet: [9/26]

Jamie opens up the store and settles back behind the counter with his neglected copy of the encyclopedia and begins the read.

Occasionally he wonders why the store stereo system is playing so many Mexican songs.

The Doctor entered Empire Records and began browsing. After a few minutes, he approached Jamie with a question.

"Have you any Gary Glitter albums?"

"That he is," the Doctor said. "I need that song, actually, and to my surprise I didn't have a copy already. Mainly CDs, here, I suppose. No hope of a 45?"

"I'll do that," the Doctor said. "It's not an immediate need, after all. Thank you..." The Doctor looked to see if Jamie was wearing a name tag.

"Well, there we run into a problem," the Doctor admitted. "You can put 'The Doctor' down under name, but address isn't quite fixed."

"By two weeks from Friday, if possible," the Doctor said, then told Jamie the phone number. "Thank you very much, Mister Madrox."

The Doctor restrained himself from bursting out laughing at the name. He nodded to Jamie, and exited the store.
