The Fourth Sin [Friday evening]

Becky was lounging behind the desk, flipping through a magazine and occasionally marking pages.

The Sin was open like a thing that was wide open. (And yes, probably dirty, all things considered.)

It had taken a few days to make up his mind to it, but Billy came in, and looked around the lobby.

"Stand there much longer and I'm gonna charge you for taking up lobby space."

"Sorry." Billy apologized, snickering slightly. He approached the counter. "Hi. So how's this work?" He was nervous, but hoped he covered it well.

"You pay me, I send you upstairs, and then you and the girl do whatever it is you'd like to do. It's a very complicated process," Becky replied sarcastically.

Billy nodded. "All right then. How much?"

"Depends on what you want."

Becky handed him a handy handwavey pricing sheet.

As it was his first time, Billy figured anything fancy wasn't the way to go. 'Sides he wasn't sure what half of the things on the list were. Oh, wait. That was perfect. First Timer.

"I think this would be best." he said, pointing to that option.

Becky didn't act surprised. She just pressed a button on the phone, and held out her hand for the money.

Billy handed her the money without comment.

"Wendy's expecting you. Fourth foor on the left," she said, nodding towards the stairs.

"Thanks." He nodded to her and went up, knocking on the door when he arrived.
