All and Sundries - Friday 11/10/06

Apu hasn't quite figured out that All and Sundries actually closes for the night yet and has been in the store for 72 hours... In a row.

He's wandering around the store on his tippy toes and flapping his arms really really fast.

Apparently, he thinks he's a humming bird.

All and Sundries is open.

Errand bitch Chrono came into the shop early that morning with a long list of arts and crafts supplies from Rosette, including but not limited to costume masks, copious amounts of glitter, feathers, sequins, streamers, scissors, and cloth paint. She also had a sled on the list, despite the fact that it probably was gonna be a while before it snowed. However, he was too, too afraid to ask for clarification on that one.

Chrono dumped the sundries on the counter, slinging the sled from over his shoulder and setting that on top. It was an old wooden style one, with red metal runners. He was really wary of the plastic ones he saw.

"I think I'm gonna need a bag," he commented quietly, red eyes wide on the scattering of stuff to be rung up.

The tippy toeing made Chrono arch an eyebrow, looking over his shoulder slightly at the strange man. "Ahhhh, no, I think I'll be okay."

Chrono's eyes widened again and he shook his head as he shifted through his pockets for the money Rosette had given him. "I'm not. I don't think I want to know. But I'm not going to have a choice in the matter." Especially since Chrono had the distinct feeling of dread that most of those supplies? Were going to end up on him at the end of the day. "Rosette's doing something special today, something about an ancient Latvian harvest holiday. What that has to do with glitter and masks, I have no idea. But, like I said, I'll find out, I'm sure."

There was a mumbling under his breath after that, something about the state of the nun's sanity, which, in his opinion, was pretty nonexistant.

"Not a technical service, no, but I'm pretty sure she has planned a candlelight vigil tonight after all the, um...festivities?" Chrono shook his head. "I have no idea what she's planning, but you're welcome to stop by and see for yourself, if you like."

"I understand your sentiments completely." Chrono said direly as he gathered the supplies in his arm. He offered her a nod. "Have a good day, ma'am."
