There wasn't much to do at work today. Chad should have been doing homework, probably, but he was instead researching El Chupacabra, as he'd hit a writer's block and needed inspiration for another verse of his song.
He was also considering a rock star "look," constructing a pro/con list of leather pants versus kilts in his head. So far, the leather pants were winning, if only because Chad felt he had too great of an ass to hide in a skirt.

He asked this time because, ha, she couldn't say food. Well, she could, but it wouldn't be very logical at all.

Well, the first thing he thought of when he thought of 'boats,' musically, was 'The Immigrant Song,' so he decided to go with that. "Zeppelin's always good..."
Man. It always ended up with Zeppelin, didn't it?

Suddenly, excitement raced through him. Did...did Pippi not know Led Zeppelin? Could he be...introducing someone to it? Taking her Zeppelin virginity? It was...it was like Christmas or something. An angel was about to gets its wings.

Pippi's pop-culture knowledge tended to have odd holes in it.

If she wasn't interested, he was going to be extremely crestfallen.

"Cool."

There was many-a bounce hidden within that still, rocky exterior.

He put in the one that started with 'The Immigrant Song,' in celebration of it being that which inspired this joyous event.

We come from the land of the ice and snow,
from the midnight sun where the hot springs blow.
The hammer of the gods
Will drive our ships to new lands,
To fight the horde, singing and crying:
Valhalla, I am coming!
Oh yes, Pippi is pleased.

Our only goal will be the western shore.
