Apu is getting annoyed. There's a large box in the back waiting for a Mrs. Simms from the 13th floor of the school to come pick it up.

But there is no Mrs. Simms. There might not even be a 13th floor.

So there's a cranky Apu and no way to fix it.

We're very sorry about that.
