Mauvaise Chance Apartments, Wednesday [2/7]
Morning: Sub-Basement. [Preplayed]
Afternoon/Evening: The MCA Office [Wide open.]
After doing a quick cleanup and de-acorning of the sub-basement for the last few hours, Xander opened up the office and started using his laptop to work on a set of floorplans for the newly-discovered apartments, based on the ones he'd found for the upper floors of the building. He was no architect, but he could still poke his way around in AutoCAD for this type of thing, yay scary drafting courses. He was around for tenants both current and potential, or anybody else who might stop by.
There was also a sign, both on the front doors to the apartment building, and next to the counter in the lobby:
Guy With Tools

After that she'd work on making a more glittery sign for Guy With Tools.
She had the broken pieces of chalk from History class safely tucked into a tissue packet which rested safely on the desk. She'd made the tissue packet look like a bed. She'd also drawn two little teddy bears on paper and slipped them in so that each piece of chalk had its own.

and someday I'll have everyone trained that he always looks like this. "Hi. I'm Dr. McNinja. I called earlier about an apartment."no subject
"Right, hi." He offered his hand. "I'm Xander Harris. I seem to own the place."
