Caritas, Thursday Night 2/8/07

There was no sign of Phoebe when Caritas opened Thursday night and Tino didn't seem to have much information. "Got a call that said Phoebe woulldn't be in tonight," was all he said about it.

The stage was clean and the zombies were milling about in the Lounge since they apparently wouldn't be needed tonight.

Nadia had had a nice long nap between getting back from Jersey and going to class, and another between going to class and coming to Caritas, so one could reasonably expect that she probably wouldn't be very likely to fall asleep.

Parker was here doing set-up, before going on her date with Weiss to the hockey arena. Fortunately, they were here early.

Now. Was Zero a pink kitten, or was she human again? Either way, Parker had her camera at the ready.

Parker came over after she'd gotten the sound system checked, then smiled when she saw a familiar face. "Hey, Rose. How's it going?"

Turtle bounced a little as she ordered a soda and then shifted a little, feet slightly dangling, as she got comfortable on the stool. She was excited to see the band play again (and to be all 'lookit me! I'm in a bar!' again), but not necissarily because she liked their music. She just liked the prospect of possibly being in on the knowledge of a good, potentially successful thing from the get-go. So she let out a supportive, "Wooo! Teal Dear! Yeah!"

Naomi hadn't actually been to a Teal Dear performance so she decided to see the band tonight. She got an orange juice and looked forward to watching the band.

Annette had a glass of chocolate milk. After the sort of day she had she kind of just wanted to crawl under a rock, but she wanted to support her friends and she did want to listen to them perform.

She just rested her cheek on her folded arms and watched the band sideways. Her eyelids are dropped really low though, so she might actually be sleeping.

After the performance, Chad grabbed his usual Corona and drifted over to the lounge to find Teddy, having spotted him from the stage but knowing he'd be there, anyway. He'd also noticed Nova, gave him an appriciative lift of his chin in thankful acknowledgement, before devoting his attention to Teddy. He wrapped an arm around his shoulder as he sat down beside him, leaning in to kiss Ted on the cheek. "Hey."

Since they'd missed the last performance, Aziraphale and Wilson decided to get over to Caritas and support their students. Procuring their drinks from Tino at the bar, they found a quiet corner of the lounge where they could see and hear the band, and settled in.

"It isn't really fair, you know, love," Aziraphale said with a smile. "I'll never be able to come up with anything half so creative to do for you."
