The Perk, Thursday Noon
The rain made a visit to the park more unpleasant than necessary, so Lucifer went elsewhere for a peaceful atmosphere. The only consession toward this new form was a sharply tailored suit, made for a woman's frame.
She sat quietly, drinking a cup of tea and looking over a newspaper.

Shaking off the rain, Blair got himself a cup of coffee, looked at the other girls, and found a table near a window. Damn rain. If it didn't quit soon Blair would be floating instead of bouncing.

Annette was inwardly snickering.
"Names Blair, and I think I'm a Mr." Blair nodded and bounced in his chair a couple of times.

So, he bundled up in a raincoat and dashed along the puddles down in to town and to the coffee shop. Placing his order, he shook off the rain as he waited for his beverage and then carried the cup over to a free chair. Settling down, he tugged a damp medical journal out of the pocket of his coat, then hung the coat up on a chair to dry out as he enjoyed his treat.
It vaguely registered that there seemed to be a lot of faces he didn't recognize at the Perk today.

"Um, hello." He offered in return.

He sort of recognized her, more so than some of the other female faces in the Perk this morning and after a bit more scrutiny he sort of lifted his cup towards her.
"Puppy...named, Sammy?" He asked in a tone that indicated he was well aware of the fact that he might be about to make an ass out of himself.

...But here he was anyway. Dammit. Once in side, he shook off his umbrella and went to wait in line at the counter to order the drinks he was sent off to go retrieve.

"I dare say this form suits you Chrono."

...oh. Chrono looked Lucifer over and hoped he didn't look that obvious. And the blush rushing to his pale cheeks was uncontrolable, and, despite himself, he felt incredibly flustered, and decided that he truly, truly hated this form. Haaaated.
Enough to be a sarcastic little bitch about it. "Oh, you like?" he deadpanned, although the new voice of his was just trying to reach high notes and sweetness. "I'm giving it a try, thinking of writing to the Order to see if they wouldn't mind changing my lesser form..."
Oh, the hate in those big red eyes was so potent!
