Theodoric's of York Day Spa - Thursday after classes

The rain is really coming down, but Pippi is determined to get as many boy/girls and girl/girls, and maybe even a few boy/boys, down to the spa as possible for pampering. (No wax. Unless that's your thing, but this is a public comm so don't ask, don't tell.)

The handwavy NPC guy who takes care of the school golf carts agreed with Nadia that the roads were too slick and flooded to use them safely. So after a handwavy trip to Turtle & Canary, Pippi made sure there were enough umbrellas and galoshes for everybody who wants to come down that didn't have their own.

Yay! Pampering!

Spa treatmants made River a little nervous. Still, she showed up, thinking she could at least drink tea and observe people being experimented with pampered.

The last time Mac did anything Spa-like, was when Veronica invited her along when she first arrived. It hadn't been half bad then, so why not do something with her free evening and get a massage or something.

They didn't appear to have coffee around, something to do with detoxifying probably, so she settled for tea and found a seat while she decided what to do first.

Annette was so here as herself. M could not fault her this one single indulgent. Could she? No, it didn't matter. Annette needed much pampering. Much.

DUDE! Spa time! For free! The last time he'd had a facial was... Well, he'd never had a facial. And that? Was a total travesty. If Katara hadn't been so set on having a girl's day out with Toph that one time in Ba Sing Se, he'd've totally gone with them.

He bounced into the spa -- more confidently bouncy now with his brand-new bright orange undergarment -- and looked around, trying for the moment to stop worrying about Katara. She could handle herself. He couldn't find her in all this rain. Besides, he looked all cute-but-evil right now.

Right. Spa time!

Manicures and Pedicures

Sit in a vibrating chair as your nails are done.

You can also get your hands and feet dipped in soft paraffin wax... This is wax for making your skin softer, not ripping your hair out. So, this wax is permissible.

Mac settled into a vibrating chair. It was certainly... different. Relaxing, which was definitely a good thing. Conversations with Dick usually led to a serious need for that.

Now all she needed to do was figure out just what she wanted done.

MUD WRAPS

Get smeared with mud and tightly wrapped in towels.

There is nothing dirty about this.

Dick decided to skip the manicures and stuff and headed for the massage. It was the most masculine thing to do. And she got to see herself naked again when she put on a towel. Always a plus.
