The Devil's Nest - Thursday 4/12

Neil was in a fairly good mood as he came in out of the rain and he even called out a cheeful hello to Mazikeen as he headed for the bar.

Setting down his schoolbag, he noted the addition of the piano with a bright exclaimation and walked over to the piano to check it out.

He didn't play -much to his mother's distress- but he did love classical piano music.

Neil did eventually pull himself away from the piano to do his usual cleaning job on the bar. He was also getting in some study time.

Millie came in, deciding it was time to check this place out. She smiled at the young man behind the bar. "Hello," she said brightly. "Some sort of ale, please?"

Neil smiled brightly.

"Ale, coming right up, Ma'am!" He said chipperly as he drew a crisp cold ale off one of the taps and set it in front of her.

Practice had finally made perfect and it had just the right amount of head atop the amberish brew below.

Millie beamed at him. "Just wonderful," she said happily. "Thank you!"

Aly was right, he'd been hiding and now he needed to get out. Arashi smiled as he came in and saw Neil at the bar and sat down. "Good Evening Neil, can I get my usual sake please?"

"Good evening!" Neil greeted Arashi with a warm, friendly smile.

Ducking he popped open the freezer under the bar and withdrew the sake bottle and appropriate glass.

Setting the drink on a coaster he grinned.

"There you are, Sir."

"Thank you very much! Have they moved you up to the umbrella's yet?" He smiled at the old joke.

Neil looked appropriately hangdog when Mazikeen glared over but then peeked an impish look at Arashi from behind his lashes and grinned.

"No, I fear I was late the other week and all umbrella privlages were revoked."

He didn't seem overly worried about it though, though he did put on a good show for Mazikeen's benefit.

Tori decided to get out of the dorms for a little bit and stopped by the Devil's Nest for a little bit.

"Hey Neil." She greeted her friend with a smile.

After getting her ale, Millie wandered over to sit and listen to the piano playing.

Ninjas were, by nature, a sneaky lot. Kabuto was no exception. He didn't draw attention to himself, merely content to hang back in a mostly out-of-sight way and just watch and listen.

Lucifer might not have given any impression that he was aware of his latest employee's presence, but it did not mean he was oblivious to anything in his place.

Wilson had noticed the piano the other night, though he'd been too melancholy to explore the potential that night.

Tonight, however he decided to spend a bit of time away from his phone, perhaps with a pool cue and a table and if the piano happened to be being played...all the better.

Lucifer nodded at Wilson when the other man glanced over at the piano. He was more than pleased to see the doctor again.

This was a ninja who didn't know how to play pool, but was fascinated by it. He watched Wilson for a moment, then walked up to him. "...Do you think you could show me how to play?" he asked innocently.

Aziraphale was feeling remiss in not having visited Lucifer in an embarrassingly long time. And since he knew Wilson had wandered down to the Nest, he had twice as many reasons to do so himself.

The piano music gave the club a nice atmosphere, and the angel smiled as he approached. Quietly, though, so that he didn't disturb Lucifer unless the Adversary wanted to be disturbed.

Lucifer looked up when he felt the angel's presence in the bar. He nodded politely at him, neither inviting nor uninviting.
