The Devil's Nest, Monday Night

It was Monday, that meant Lucifer was behind the bar again tonight.

He could hardly contain his joy.

Nevertheless, there he was, ready to serve customers. Provided that they were of age, of course.

Lucifer paused, just looking at the offered glass for a moment before accepting it. He had no issue with Aziraphale doing such things in his club as long as he did not make a habit of it.

"Thank you."

Letting out a breath that he had been unconsciously -- and pointlessly -- holding, Aziraphale smiled a little more brightly and nodded.

"You're welcome. Come and join us? I think we're celebrating the fact that I'm not moping at home anymore."

It was funny, but he really was slowly beginning to feel a lot less interested in moping.

Pausing at the offer, Lucifer shot a glance over toward the pool table. Playing games, was he?

He shook his head. "I will have to pass. Perhaps another night."

The smile turned into a little frown, but Aziraphale again nodded. It was understandable, Lucifer had a business to run, after all.

"I hope so," he replied, and meant it. "Have a good evening, Lucifer."
