Caritas - Tuesday Evening [Open]

Dick had a headache when he came into Caritas on Tuesday night. Tino was only too willing to help a friend out. He handed Dick a bottle of pills and a beer.

"Are you sure I should be taking these with alcohol, dude?" he asked. "There's a sleepy eye on the bottle."

"That's not a sleepy eye." Tino said. "It's winking."

"Oh. I see. Thanks, dude." said Dick. He took two of the pills and washed them down with the beer.

Twenty minutes later Dick was asleep in the lounge and Tino was happily cleaning the bar without anyone annoying him.

Jeff walked in, managing a combination of both exhausted and surly. This was not one of his more creative expressive mash-ups.

Caring very little, however, he ordered a lager at the bar and fell into his habitual faceplant with just an extra edge of emo.

Tino pointed at Dick over in the lounge when Annette walked in, and looking over she could see that he was sleeping.

"You better not have done something to him, Tino. I'll have to hurt you. I'll have a Shirley Temple and fix it just like Dick does. Thank you."

Annette moved over to where Dick was sleeping, sat on the floor near him, and watched him sleep. She also ran her hand up and down his back every so often, hoping he was just tired and not coming down sick with anything.
