Pixie Dust, Wednesday - Grand Opening

She had meant to have her Grand Opening on Monday, but rather too much absinthe on Sunday night had thoroughly crimped that plan. So instead, Tink sauntered in late Wednesday morning and put the last-minute finishing touches on her store.

The sign still hung in the window where she had placed it on Saturday:

Pixie Dust
Fine Apparel and Accessories

Very nice. And in tiny writing on the door, there was now also:

T. Bell, proprietress

And there was a new sign in the corner of the window, hopefully eye-catching:

ASSISTANCE WANTED
Employees Receive Employee Discount

Very nice. Tink approved. Now, all she needed was customers.

(OOC: Open! Note info here.)

And she might be right about this guy. Though it's artificial disabling.

He did daydream exquisite creatures fairly often actually. He looked at her more closely and realized that while she was wearing green, her skin was actually fetchingly pale.

"Oh, sorry, I thought you were someone else for a minute."

Joanna had heard that a new store was opening that claimed to sell fine apparel. She felt she needed to judge this claim for herself.

Joanna was a bit taken about by the zippy little glowing thing. She was about to swat at it when she realized it wasn't a bug. It seemed to be bowing.

She frowned. "What exactly are you?"

Squall wasn't here to shop. The store was new, and he had seen the sign, and he knew a "T. Bell". Oh, he knew a "T. Bell". And wished he didn't.

Still, the place was worth checking out, right? He let the door shut behind him, crossed his arms, and looked around.

"Yes, you seem to have a store," Squall grunted. "It's a nice store. With clothes and things." He glanced around.

(Well, at least she has decent taste.)

When she started to get too interested in his jacket, he raised an eyebrow and Looked at her. "Mine," he said. "You can't have it."

Haku noticed the sign advertising assistance needed and headed inside. "Hello?" He called looking for the proprieter. "T. Bell"

Haku was definately surprised to see a fairy there, but delighted at the same time and he smiled brightly. "Ms. Bell?" He smiled. "I'm Haku, I saw that sign that you're looking for employees?"

Glee!! A real fairy!!

Think getting a job for Haku would be cool? Sory I'm totally everywhich way tonight. I blame Aly and Wade for being distracting.
