Joanna was in a foul mood. She set herself up in the ticket booth with a bottle of champagne hidden under the counter, a large box of expensive chocolate, and a carton of Turkish cigarettes.

She also put out a sign:

Jack sauntered back up to the go-kart place for another round of driving and a possible job.

Joanna stared at Jack, long and hard.

Jack stared back, long and hard himself. The staring, that is. Totally the staring. In conclusion, nice rack. Er, staring. "Hi."

Joanna flinched. That voice.

She continued to stare.

Jack was not staring at her boobs as she twitched, nor was he staring at the twitching boobs. "Um. I'd like to ride, Ma'am?"

She leaned closer to the boy, scrutinizing his face.

"What's your name, boy?"

He stares her right in the ~~cleavage~~ and states his name. "Jack. Jack Burton."

She shook her head. After all, it couldn't be him. He was back in Elk Snout or whatever it was called.

"And have you rode with us before, Mr. Burton?" She inquired, still eying him suspiciously.

"I sure did, earlier in the week. It was a fun ride!" He did like to ride things.

She ran the total and slid across a silver key for the boy.

"Is that all?"

"For now, Ma'am," he said. "Unless you've got something else to ride? I like fast ones," he said with a grin.

Joanna was savvy to innuendo and she was not amused. "Small little cars for small little boys is what we have to offer. Now run along."

She lit a cigarette and inhaled deeply.

"Will do, Ma'am!" he said, off to rev his engine for a bit.
