Pixie Dust, Friday, All Day

This Homecoming event, whatever it was, was certainly moving the formalwear. Which meant people were buying a lot of formalwear, which was, conveniently enough, both expensive and chic. Therefore, Homecoming was fine by Tink.

She even came in on a day when the shop should be closed. Wasn't that ever so kind of her?

Tink wondered briefly if the roommate that she wasn't talking to was going to be chaperoning this Homecoming event. This could be interesting.

In the meantime? Pixie Dust was open.

Molly opened the door and walked in, speaking to Katara behind her. "See, plenty of blue dresses for you to choose from."

Katara bounced, looking around with glee. "There are so many." She touched a dark blue one carefully then looked back at Molly. "What colour are you looking for?"

"I don't really have a color in mind this time," Molly said, looking at a dark green dress. "Something darker though. Not pink."

"I completely support your not-pink lifestyle," Katara teased.

It took Molly a moment to remember that pink = Fire Nation, but then she laughed. "I'm not saying no to red though," she warned.

Sokka pushed open the door and ran to the racks. "What about this one?" he asked Rikku, holding up a lime green tuxedo.
the_merriest: (orangey homecoming dress!)

Rikku facepalmed. "No. No lime green, no dark purple. Find something nice. Like black, or grey, or brown. Dark blue." She held up a black suit with a silver-striped tie. "See? Not tacky. Lime is tacky. Tacky is bad."

Trust her. The Al Bhed knew tacky.

Sokka looked at the black suit. "That's... kind of plain, isn't it? What about... this?" 'This' being a navy suit with pinstripes.

"Not too boring, not too tacky?" he asked.
the_merriest: (oooh! neat!)

"Nooooo," Rikku grinned. "That is awesome. You should try it on. I mean it."

Sokka went to change, came out of the dressing room, and twirled exuberantly. "Look good?" he asked. "Good enough? Snazzy?"

"Hi Tink!" Charlie may have looked a little guilty for waiting until the absolute last second. "I need a dress. For Homecoming. Tonight. Anything left at all?"

Charlie got the general gist of "come in already, sheesh" and hurried in, looking around a litte agape. "Wow. Ohhh, wow. These are so gorgeous...." She had no idea what she'd look good in. Red was a bit much for a first dance, but maybe something in blue? "I'm not tall enough for a slit skirt, but anything else... Ooooo. Charlie shoo'ed, and grinned as she tried on the dress. It was a little long, but maybe... "Do you think this works?" she asked anxiously, coming out to look at it in the mirror. "Maybe I should get something shorter."

Cassandra opened the door and looked around curiously. She thought this was the place Meg had recommended. Maybe.

"Hello?"

"Fabulous?" Cassandra asked in confusion. "I think I need a dress?" Considering that she was wearing a simple long-sleeved tshirt and a pair of jeans, both well worn and at least three years behind the times, Tink would probably agree.

Cassandra shook her head. She hadn't known that at all. Perhaps Tink would be willing to share some of her fabulous understanding of such things as "dresses" and "wearing clothes that don't look like you stole them from a hobo"? That would be awfully nice of her.

Sometime during the day and when and NPC customer entered the shop and Owl flew into the room and dropped a package addressed to Tinkerbell on the counter.

The note said:
Dear Miss Fairy-type-person,

Ron told us that you helped him out with a new set of duds which was quite nice of you and that you were in need of items from our store which we are happy to give you in repayment of you kindness. Use them in good health!

Sincerely,

Fred and George Weasley
Proprietors
Weasley Wizard Wheezes
Diagon Alley
London, England

Included in the package was a handwavey list of items that Tink could use for her own revenge type purposes.
