When Robin wandered into Caritas on Thursday evening, Tino was nowhere to be found, but a note regarding his shunning of Robin was on the bar.

Evidently he'd discovered he'd have to work next Thursday for her.

[I am aroooooound but there is a new pet so replies might be a wee tad slow.]

"Mmm. No, he won't. He hates me and doesn't want me to be happy and pleasantly sexed up, which is what I would like to be," she murmured.

"You could sneak out," he suggested. "And just leave him here and he'd have no choice but to stay."

"I don't want to get fired. Do you think I'd get fired? I could say I have an emergency to take care of," she murmured. "It's true. It's just an emergency in your pants."

That was lame.

"He'd have to prove you didn't have an emergency and it would be his word against yours and no boss can take the word of one employee over another without proof," Fraser stated. Also, he'd pay Tino to keep quiet, if he had to. "You won't get fired and yes, there's an emergency in my pants that you should attend to. It's either tell him one thing or we can find a spot nearby."

"Hot. But that probably would get me fired, sex in the bathroom at my workplace."

"Then, it's either the emergency line or we have to wait till your shift ends," he told her.

"I think if we wait we'll end up breaking something," Robin said thoughtfully.

It was only because she was so focused that she didn't say 'like your hip.'

"Then, go and give him the emergency line but leave out the part about my pants," he advised. "And if he believes you, we can go."

Robin sighed and went towards the back, yelling, "Tino! My...dogs are sick! All of them!"

Fraser valiantly kept himself from snickering but commended her for a rather good excuse on short notice.

Now, all he could do was wait.

Robin came tearing out of the back, pulling on her coat and grabbing for his hand as soon as she was out from behind the bar. "Got the green light. Come on."

"Remind me to thank him later," Fraser said, making a grab for his own coat as he trailed after her. "Very well done on the excuse!"
