Pizza Planet, Sunday

Showing up a bit early, Makoto--in his girl-guise, of course--went about the process of getting everything set up for the day. He was tired—having coffee in the evening had proved itself to be an awful idea since it had kept him up half the night and so he was definitely lacking sleep. Tidying the store helped wake him up a bit though and after debating with himself for a few minutes, Makoto snagged a few more of those quarters and headed for the video games.

It was a video game kind of day.

Tom was taking inventory, but he had trouble concentrating. That special sounded so good, and Donkey Madness was sitting there. Replaying the demo levels endlessly. Looking so innocent. Taunting him.
