Turtle & Canary; Friday 3/14

Apu was standing outside the store. That was strange. “Good morning, Apu,” G’Kar greeted. “Is there a reason you are outside?”

Apu nodded. “Sora didn’t show up for his shift this morning. I keep popping out to see if he is coming, running late maybe.” He shook his head, “But I haven't seen him.”

G’Kar frowned. If Sora hadn’t shown up yet, that could mean... “It is possible that he was taken, Apu.” Another one for G’Kar to worry after. Even if he hadn’t yet met the young man. He’d rectify that once they brought him home. And all the others. “I will help you with store today Apu.”

“Thank you, Mr. G’Kar. I don’t want any angel statues to come eat me. Not to mention the rats.”

"Rats?"

*squeak!* A rat in a horribly tacky pirate costume poked its nose out the door before dashing back into the store.

G'Kar and Apu exchanged A Look. Like there wasn't enough going on today...

Today’s squishy flavors: Fightin’ Red, Missing Green and Purple Confusion

hey; the squishybot can totally have its own opinion on the goings on, can’t it? :D

(and yes - I went back and added the rats, what of it? *phbt*)

Naminé walked in, looking around carefully, and then gave G'Kar an uncertain glance.

"I thought Fridays were Sora's?" she asked, hesitantly.

Naminé flinched, a hand covering her mouth. "I ... I was ... I was only stopping in to tell him, not to ... not to do anything dangerous. I ..."

It hadn't occurred to her that he might be gone already. She never thought.

She shook her head. "No, I ... I don't think he has a roommate, and ... I'll go knock on his door. I should ..."

Her eyes lit up, suddenly. "Maybe I can find him. I haven't been able to locate anyone else, but it's easier. He's different. I'll try. I promise."
