Mauvaise Chance Office/Lobby, Saturday [3/21]

The Guy With Tools behind the counter, currently being a Guy With Laptop? He might have said laptop open to a wedding registry or two. Maybe.

[OOC: Open for tenants, customers, naked droid babies...]

Charlotte was starting to feel like she was starting to get a feel for the layout of the town, not that it was very difficult, so she was glad to feel that she had absolutely no difficulty finding the place. Granted, it was in the large building with the several floors for apartment, which also helped, but that was beside the point.

"Hello! Is this the place for--" She spotted the sign. "Yup. I'm going to guess it is. Guy with Tools?"

"It's nice to finally meet you," she offered out her hand while trying very politely to ignore any eyepatches that might exist between the two of them. "I'm Charlotte York; we've talked oh-so-handwavily on the phone?"

Charlotte idly rationalized that someone who worked with tools all the time would probably have at least an accident or two, right? Her head tilted, her eyes somewhere near Xander's shoulder. "You work two business in addition to doing the news? Well, I guess it keeps you occupied. Although...my arriving in town makes news?" No, that wasn't a bit of slightly flattered amusement as her hand when to her chest a little, and then Charlotte laughed a little. "I guess this place really can get as dead as the bar last night suggested."

Mike had gone to a club on the mainland last night. He was just returning home, wearing the same clothes from yesterday. He tried to quietly sneak through the lobby without notice.

Mike chuckled. "So late that it stretched on until morning. Haven't done that for a while," he said with a smile.

Mohinder sauntered into the lobby and nodded at Xander, "Hi," as he leaned against the counter. He looked over at the laptop and, eyebrow raised, asked, "Do I need to offer you my congratulations?"

Mohinder grinned at that. "Good." Then realizing that probably needed some explanation. "Not that I've any objections to marriage - I just didn't think I've been away that long. In this state?" He asked, "To each other, or are there a lot of Fandom weddings?"

It was a slightly out of breath Isabel that came through the door and leaned on the counter. "Hey stranger."

"I was out for a run. So technically I am sort of dirty," she grinned. "But the kind you're referring to will have to wait for tonight."

A somewhat groggy-looking Bridge stumbles out of Xander's apartment sometime so late in the morning it's practically afternoon and shuffles his way through the lobby and out the front door without a word.

A short time later, he's back with two cups of extra-large coffee. He flops down in a chair behind the counter and lets his forehead hit the aforementioned counter with a dull *thump*.

"Grrf," he grunts something that could possibly be interpreted as a greeting.

And that'd be Bridge's arm coming up to block Xander from taking the coffee.
