Caritas, Sunday (Mar. 23)

Ah, a weekend away -- it almost made getting back to the island on Sunday a drag, but when Anders got to work and found the reminder note behind the bar he ended up being too busy to mope about that. "Birthday party here? Tonight?!? Tino!!!"

Once he figured out that it wasn't a prank, he scurried around cleaning up, arranging chairs and tables, and yelling at Tino to help with varying degrees of success. (He tried to get the zombies in on the act too, but that kind of fell apart.)

By some miraculous occurrence, he -- okay, they -- managed to get everything set up and ready for the party in time. He didn't know who this Dōjima girl was, but he hoped it would turn out okay.

[OOC: Up early by request so y'all can get your party on, but the bartender's gonna be a bit MIA for a couple of hours totally around now, and has been. Er, oops. OCD is up, party on!]

Jen left an envelope on the table; inside was a $50 gift card to a liquor store on the mainland that had an online ordering and delivery service.

Yes, this was encouraging underage drinking. That was probably why she didn't sign the card . . . but the "Happy Birthday!" message on the card was written in pink.
