You know what? I had this written, right before lunch, then my coworkers dragged me out on a walk 'for my own good' over my protests of really not feeling good.

So now my head and stomach feel worse--and my feet hurt too. Because, naturally, I only had my heels with me today. Walking for exercise really really sucks in heels. Yeah.

*falls over* *stops rambling*

I feel your foot pain. D: I twisted my right ankle really badly close to two weeks ago, and just when it was starting to get better, I twisted it AGAIN while walking my dog last night. Sigh. I'm fortunate that I don't have to wear heels to work, at least.
