Park Renovation, Tuesday 6/10, all day

Today, there were...flowers. In little trays. And more Pez-shaped bricks to put around the flower beds. And there was a Xander standing next to them who knew what to do with the Pez-shaped bricks, but was sort of flailing helplessly at the plants.

It was okay, though. He had a list. Which he read off very carefully to the assembled masses. While he inwardly prayed there was somebody among the graduates who knew how to take care of plants that weren't arm-eating and holographic.

And then he started making borders, because bricks, he could do. He'd never managed to kill a brick yet. Except intentionally, with a wrecking ball.

Meg actually knew how to plant flowers. It was a hobby of her mother's. She had no problem getting in the dirt and working. At least until it got really hot.

Slipping a pair of gardening gloves on over his regular ones, Bridge gets, well. Down and dirty. In a completely G-rated way.

Ooooooh, plants! Yeah. Like Ino was going to miss today. Right after her first period class she set to work with a will.

After some consideration, Turtle reasoned that, even though she wasn't even close to graduating yet, it would look good on her and the business if she were to help with the project. The fact that they were doing something that she could probably do not too badly today was just a bonus, as she came down to the the park to help out after her first period workshop.

There's fresh tropical fruit, because when Xander realized he was actually writing "Don't eat the plants" into his spiel for today, he decided providing a tasty alternative might be less annoying than actually saying it out loud.

There's water for the plants, and water for the people. Xander doesn't really care which kind you put in/on which; it's all coming out of bottles.

Meg was enjoying the whole gardening thing a lot less now that it was really hot and she was covered in dirt. But she was still working.

Turtle was still helping out into the afternoon, but probably not for too much longer. She had files that she could hear calling her name from all the way over here.

The view is nice, no matter which direction you look.

After class, Hoshi was back to admire the view as she walked her dog. It wasn't just the flowers that she was looking at.

He's the tall guy in the brown t-shirt who doesn't seem to be sitting down very much today.

I wants a nap. :-(

Jeremiah has no shirt. Jeremiah needs no shirt.

I wish I did not have to put on a shirt and go to work.

Well, and pants. I should probably put on pants too. I guess. Bah.

No shirt, but plenty of attitude!
