Groovy Tunes, Wednesday [08/20]

Teyla was in a fairly good mood today, mainly because her path to work was unhindered for once, and when she came into the store, nothing was wrong. She put on a mix of pleasing, poppy music, and set about making sure the shelves were clean and organized.

In the effort to get back on track with being a better manager (especially since in Teyla's case, it was being a better sibling, too. Or so Chad thought. He wasn't sure; the lines of the family tree were getting really muddled lately and he'd have to soon set himself down and try to get it all worked out again), Chad and Prince Oscar Pedro returned to the store again, lifting a hand in a wave.

"Chad, hello," Teyla said, smiling and waving in return. "How are you? And how's your friend doing?" she added, smirking at Prince Oscar Pedro.

"Prince Oscar Pedro's pretty good," Chad said, answering for the cat before answering for himself, as the cat himself looked around as if expecting another cat to play with, since he didn't seem to quite get that not everyone had cats. "And I'm okay. How about you? Everything going okay?"

"We are no longer encased by fog, and all of my clothes are my own, and not anything of a strange design or color. I am doing quite well," Teyla replied.

"...I'm pretty sure," Chad said after a moment, "the clothes thing is a new one, unless you mean back when we all had pirate clothes? I've been gone for the week, so I probably missed some stuff."

Chad took one second to look very pointedly down at his practically patented colourful patterned shirt before looking back at Teyla. He didn't think his question of how bright needed to be voiced.
