Millie was humming rather cheerfully as she worked around the store this morning. Part of it might be a bit of whistling in the dark as she knew she would miss some of the leaving students quite a bit.
But there would be new ones coming in soon and she was trying to think of that instead.
She was also going to have to put up a help wanted sign soon as she was down to only two employees.

"I seem to taste a bit like a fruit I greatly loved with a child and which seems not to exist on either of the other worlds I have lived on. It's a bit sweet, with a tart edge to it. Sort of like a very ripe strawberry mixed with one of those tart green apples."
